Weston is one month old and growing really good. We are very happy with him and are really excited to see what kind of personality he is going to have. His last appointment we weighed in at 9 lbs. And that was at his 3 week appointment. He is doing just awesome. We are very happy!!!
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_wTuUN2GONCo/TObl-pRP2ZI/AAAAAAAAAEw/rmcgonL37Go/s320/weston%2Band%2Bgrandpa.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5541369255918819730" />
We are really blessed with a great family, we have moved in with mom and dad for a while and it has been great! We got a new Jeep for Hillary to drive back and forth to Rexburg everyday. It is a good vehicle and we are sure blessed in how we got it. We are both doing well, we are happy and excited for our little bundle of joy to finally be here. We are going to Salt Lake this weekend and just so happens that Jace and Nancy are going to be there too so they are going to get to meet our little man and we are going to see their little man! Easton and Weston will ge to meet eachother too! We love our family and friends and are greatfull for all of them! We started bright and early on a Thursday Morning to use her grandma's sewing machine. 3 hours later we had yet to get the machine threaded, so we decided to go buy on ourselves. That one didn't turn out too well either, so Wendy called her Aunt up to show her how to use the old achient one she has from I think Danny's mom. That one didn't turn out too well either. We Finally got one that worked, and got down to business! 8 hours later, they turned out like poop. They were so bad! We got lazy and sewed stitches on the wrong side so the seams didn't match up, and it looked so bad! I'm using mine to stash the cloth diapers in for now. We went and got a new pattern and new fabric last week, and finally got some made! They actually turned out super cute, and while Wendy's is pink and black, mine looks like a thin mint cookie, or at least a girl scout becuase it's brown and green. Oh well, I stuck a monkey on it and it looks good. Now if only I could look at it and not want to eat mint chocolate chip ice cream it would be good...

My Latest thing..

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_wTuUN2GONCo/TFh7WlISsMI/AAAAAAAAADw/5RJ8lm2COBo/s320/SDBSeconds1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5501282572687290562" />

So, I think that it's finally set in that Weston is going to come, and that Spencer and I need to get ready for him. I've done some of the things, his crib is up, his clothes are bought and car seat tent made and burpers made, but we have yet to buy diapers! I've been putting it off because I've been thinking about cloth diapering vs. disposable. My sisters do disposable and have the regular problems with them leaking blowouts the kind of things you think of. Well, I've offically decided to try cloth diapering. Since I'll be staying at home with Weston, and there are cloth diapers that work like disposable, ( It's not like our grandma's used to do!) I can also have him in them where we're out and about at families houses and babysitters.

My choice? These! I ordered the orange one today that comes with two inserts. How tehy work is there is an opening in the back that the pad is placed in, and the baby does is business on them that way. When it's wet or soiled it's rinsed out and put into a tub with vinegar and baking soda ( I think still working on this) until it's time to wash. To me it's just like a used diaper sitting in a diaper pail until it's thrown out. The only difference is I wash it and reuse again and again. The best part for me is I got the diaper and two inserts plus shipping for 11.00. That's pretty good since I'll be using it over and over again.
I'm also going to try the ones where the cover is used until it's soiled, and the padding is what is taken out and put to be washed. I told Becky my sister I'm going to practice on her new little girl, and maybe I'll steal Wendy's 6 month old and try them on her as well. All I can say is I'm excited to try this out, and hopefully I'll be saving money doing them and feel like I"m being green, even though I don't care too much about that!

Oops is all I can say

I know, I know it's been over a year since I've updated the blog, but to my defense I lost the password and never could remember to get it from Spencer. Time for Updates! Spencer works as Walgreens again, not exactly his favorite thing in the world, but he sticks with it for us. He finished his first year of school and did such a great job with it. I'm still at school at BYU-I, and finish next week, which I am so glad for since I'm soo done with school!And the biggest thing for us... we have a baby on the way!! most of you already know that since we're due in October, but it's still fun to announce it. We're due on October 26th, Grandma Helen's birthday which would be great if that really happened. We're also having a BOY! Spencer is super excited to be having a son, and we're having the 3rd Oliverson Grandson to carry the name. I think that means more to him than anything. We've decided on the name Weston J. The middle inital based on both of our dad's having the middle name Jay but spelt different. Kris's is Jae, so the inital wil stand for both. I've always loved the name Weston, and wanted twin boys to name Easton and Weston. Well, Jace and Nancy named their little guy Easton, and we're not having twins is Weston works for us. I've enjoyed making things for Weston like his car seat cover and bibs, and I'm even croteching a blanket for him, which is a big step for me, but I've enjoyed doing it. Hopefully I get done fast, and can get started on Making my sisters theirs.

It's been awhile!

So, I know that I said that since I was in charge of the blog, I would keep up on it. Dumb English class is kicking my butt. We haven't been up to much, we're enjoying spending time with out families, and trying to grow a garden. We moved in the middle of Feb. to our new apartment, and we're loving it!! It's nice to be living outside of town again, so there isn't so much noise. Spencer is loving work, and also is going to his classes when he can. (They are classes to up his test scores). I'm almost done with school for this semester, so I'm excited about that! 4 more weeks. We're enjoying each other when we see each other, since I'm coming home from work when spencer is leaving, and he's coming home when I'm already asleep. Other than that, life is great!!

So Spencer isn't in charge of the blog anymore! He told me the 15 min I've been on here is longer than he's ever spent. Makes me laugh. Our main thing right now is school, and trying to find a new apartment. So far it's been interesting what we've found. We're hoping that we'll be able to find one that we really love within the next month.

Its been a while

Hello all! So last time I updated this was when Hillary and I were just newly engaged. Well now we have been married for 2 and a bit months. Living in Idaho Falls near I.F. High schoo. I am still working at Walgreens, photo specialist! woo hoo.... Hillary on the other hand, was working for Journey's doing development work with kids. She just started a new job with District 91 school. She is really excited for it and she loves it thus far. We just bought a new/used GMC Jimmy. Hillary has to go to Rexburg a few times a week and with the snow she can drive that up there and it will be safer for her. I start up school at Eastern Idaho Technical College. Just taking a few random classes till fall when I will be going to ISU, Law enforcement program. I will come out of school trained as a police officer and with a degree in criminal justice. So I'm excited. Hillary startsup again in January, 5th semester at BYU-I. So she is getting there. No kids on the way. Not for a few years anyways.

Well, to catch up a week ago I asked Hillary to Marry me and she said yes!
